About Cava Real Cigars
Cava Real Cigars selects and distributes premium cigars handcrafted by partner factories in the Dominican Republic. We are not manufacturers: every brand in the catalog keeps its own origin, blend and characteristics.
Minimum age
Sales are limited to people 18 years or older. The age check when entering the site is a self-declaration by the visitor, not an identity check.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in Dominican pesos (DOP), with an approximate USD reference that is not the charged amount. Prices and stock can change without notice, and an item may sell out between being added to the cart and the order being confirmed.
How an order is closed
The site does not process card payments yet. Once you confirm an order, it's saved in our system and a WhatsApp conversation opens with the order details to arrange payment and shipping.
Cancellations and changes
While an order is in "received" or "confirmed" status you can request a change or cancellation by writing to us on WhatsApp or email.
Governing law
This site and any sales made through it are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
