Privacy
This page explains what data we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order: name, email, phone and shipping address. When you write to us via "Private label": your contact details and your company's. In your own browser, without sending it to any tracking server, we store: age verification confirmation, your chosen language, and your cart contents.
What we use it for
To process and confirm your order, contact you on WhatsApp or email about that order or request, and to improve the catalog and service.
Who we share it with
We use Supabase for the database and authentication, and Resend to send emails. When you open the WhatsApp conversation, that exchange goes through WhatsApp/Meta. We do not sell your data to third parties.
How long we keep it
For as long as we have a business relationship with you, or as long as Dominican law requires for tax or accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to us through the contact page.
