Cava Real Cigars was born in the Dominican Republic around a simple idea: the best cigar isn't mass-produced, it's cared for. We select the work of Dominican artisanal cigar factories, preserve it under the exact conditions it needs to mature — temperature, humidity, time — and bring it to those who know how to appreciate that care.

We work with distributors, cigar shops, hotels, restaurants, and clubs that buy in volume, with clear pricing and minimum order terms.

We connect anyone who wants to launch their own cigar with allied artisanal factories in the Dominican Republic, and guide the process from start to finish — with no need to build a factory of their own.
How we choose
We don't manufacture cigars: we select them. Every factory that joins our catalog goes through an evaluation process, and every cigar is kept under controlled temperature and humidity until it reaches its destination. It's the same idea behind the name Cava Real: a place where tobacco matures on its own time, not on whatever schedule is most convenient.
